Sterilization by UV rays

The evaporative tower (or cooling tower) is a simple semi-closed hydraulic system which, by exploiting the evaporation of water, causes it to cool. The system therefore involves a progressive increase in the concentration of mineral salts with the inevitable accumulation of impurities, encrusting salts as well as microorganisms. If the quality of the water is not regularly checked, encrustations may form which greatly reduce the energy performance of the system itself. Not only. The metal parts are subject to corrosive phenomena that compromise their integrity and the water becomes the site of the development of microorganisms potentially dangerous to health (Legionella Pneumophila). To counteract these phenomena it is necessary to provide for regular purging to avoid the concentration of mineral salts and to dose suitable anti-fouling, anti-corrosive and biocide chemical products.

The control system for evaporative towers includes a package of multiple devices: Tower Control X2000 – N.2 pulse launch meters – N.2 containment tanks – protection filter with 60ɥ cartridge – Anti-corrosive anti-scaling product to be dosed – Preservative slimicide to be dosed – Analysis kit for anti-corrosion anti-scaling product.
